I just planted out four trays of microgreens for the upcoming retreats. I sowed lots of Sunflower and buckwheat, and smaller amounts of Plum purple radishes, Early Wonder and Early Slowbolt beetroot, yellow and brown mustard seeds. Its so exciting, I'll let you know how they go!
